Return, Refund, Exchange Policy:
At Larq Jewels, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience and the highest level of satisfaction. To ensure your peace of mind, we have well-defined return, refund, and exchange policies that prioritize your needs:
Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We offer a replacement on items that may have been damaged during shipping (only if you send us an unboxing video). Returns other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
Refund Policy: We don’t have any refund policy. We exchange product in case of any damage or defect.
Exchange Policy: We only Exchange products which are damaged during transit (only if you send us an unboxing video). Many of our products are custom made and are especially made for you so it becomes difficult for us to exchange or return. We try to be as clear as possible with our images so that no discrepancy is left for you.
Procedure for Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at larjewels@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Provide the order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange with a complete unboxing video (unedited and from starting).
Our customer support team will guide you and try to resolve your case within 5-7 working days.
